I had these for several years and they are very nice for travel. Very clear images in good light and hardly noticable around the neck or in a coat pocket.Bigger and better (IS or 8x42) binocs than they used. But alas I dropped them from waist height and the hinge broke.So now its a difficult decision to replace or just get something with a more robust design. Will try heartier this time..
