These AT&T phones are easy to use, have very good sound quality and are easy to program. The display and button backlight and relatively large buttons make it easy to use for most people.Excellent sound quality voicemail. The extensions connect flawlessly anywhere inside and work fine outdoors within about 50 feet or so outside of our 2-story aluminum-sided house.(Metal cladding often blocks radio signals from wireless phones and cell phones.) If you want a wireless headset, I would recommend to fellow AT & T wireless headset for this phone, although it is expensive..
